For this project, I was told to make the street reflect the buildings along the side of it. This gives the illusion that the the street is reflecting the buildings. What I did for this project was copy and pasted the buildings on another layer and turned them upside down to give the reflection effect to it. Then I used the skew tool which moves pictures around into the specific shape you want by dragging its corners and edges.
